Recommended by my dentist for a root canal. Extremely pleased with the care and treatment. Great staff also. Had a difficult tooth but the care and treatment recommended saved my tooth, literally. I highly recommend.
I had a root canal on tooth #29. Dr. Altshul was very reassuring and very gentle. They numb you up like crazy. I had pain the following day, but before I could call the office, they called me to check on me. Prescribed pain meds and an antibiotic. Definitely would recommend Dr. Altshul to anyone needing a root canal. Also, they always use a microscope which gives them a higher success rate.

I was not looking forward to the procedure, but when I got into his office he made me feel comfortable and there was no pain at all.
I have gone to Dr. Altshul 3 times. Once on an emergency basis. He was very caring, with no after procedure pain. He always explained what he was going to do before hand. Very soft spoken, asking if I needed to take a break. His front desk receptionist was very helpful in working with my insurance and making insurance calls for me.
AMAZING... You walk in the office and feel at ease with everyone that works there. Dr. Altshul is very gentle and makes it a very pleasant experience. They work great with insurance and payment arrangements. Overall, everyone there is great...
I was dreading the proceudre before I went to his office. But I was very surprised with his demeanour/style. He explained what he was doing all along. Asked me to watch out when I was going to feel a gentle nudge and so on... At the end, I only felt a dull pain in my jaw cuz it locked a bit after the procedure. He charges _exactly_ the same amont that my insurance company covers for a a root canal. I suspect a conspiracy there. I heartily with no reservations recommend his services.
