Hi Joel, hope you are well! Just wanted to update you on the upgrades you made to my HVAC system. Succinctly, the air is MUCH cleaner. Before, I could see particles in the air through the sunlight in the morning. Now there are none. Very little in the way of dust either and amazingly, no debris buildup on the return grill to the attic. This one amazes me because when I had a filter to change out every month I also had to wash the grill…every month. I had a new heating and air unit installed Joel was great from start to finish. The team arrived on time and was very professional. Joel even went over everything with me about my new and made sure it was working perfectly before leaving.
