Joel has been a wonderful realtor to work with. He is so patient and kind. He has gone above and beyond to make this experience so easy. Over this 2 year journey i fell and broke my shoulder. Joel was amazing as our loan officer. We loved how straight to the point and helpful he was when it came to running numbers and giving us a price range that would work for the budget we set. Not once did he try to get us to go over our comfortable budget amount to get a house.
