Joel is great. Studies the market. He knows Bay Area real estate very well. He's honest and won't sugar coat when he gives his analysis. I trust Joel. I met him when he was showing a unit next door to mine in Rincon Hill area. We are thinking about renting our Condo and Joel has a network of buyers and also high end leasing clients. I think he manages about 6 in our building. I've seen him in showings and his charisma and kindness are just remarkable. Strongly recommend Joel as your listing or buyers agent.
