He is an amazing Dr. He explains everything that he is doing to make you feel comfortable. Takes the time to understand what you need and very gentle when working on you. Seriously 5 stars isn’t enough for him.
I give this a 5 stars!! Dr. Franco is the best ENT ever!!! He is so kind and he fixed my nose with septoplasty and turbinate surgery and he also fixed my left ear that somehow I lost hearing and he fixed it. I recommend 100% for people to see him. He and his nurses made me feel so comfortable. I want to thank you for everything you did to me. -Addison R.
