I give this a 5 stars!! Dr. Franco is the best ENT ever!!! He is so kind and he fixed my nose with septoplasty and turbinate surgery and he also fixed my left ear that somehow I lost hearing and he fixed it. I recommend 100% for people to see him. The office staff was friendly and helpful with appointment scheduling and check in. Dr. Joel Franco saw me as a new patient and went out of his way to meet with me immediately due to the issue I was experiencing. He smiled, shook my hand and my husband’s hand when greeting us. Dr. Franco was kind, respectful, and listened to my concerns. I had a bad experience with another doctor during a surgery so I went to see Dr. Franco and omg he is the best Dr. I have ever had in my life. He fixed everything that I had been dealing with for months and I got my life back. Wish he was my primary. He is the ultimate best and I recommend him to everyone. I can’t say enough you just have to meet him.
