Dr. Fankhauser has been my doctor for a few years now. Without fail he has maintained his ability to be both attentive and knowledgeable. Having been seen for an array of things, not once have I felt rushed or like an inconvenience. My concerns are heard, prioritized and always open for discussion. I cannot recommend Dr. Fankhauser and his team enough. In the first 4 months of my daughter’s life we have had countless challenges with her health from all angles. They answer every phone call, every message and Dr. Fankhauser always prioritizes time for her care, to problem solve with us as a family, give all available options and provide thorough education and resources to help us make the best decisions for our daughter. Dr. Fankhauser is the BEST doctor. He has taken wonderful care of our family for years. We also love the model of the Direct Care Clinic. We can easily and quickly ask questions, get prescription refills, etc. Making in person appointments is also very quick and does not get booked out for months.
Dr. Fankhauser has been with me and seen me through so many different and difficult health problems ! His knowledge and support is something that you don’t find in most doctors these days! He will take the time to listen to what you have to say and not just push you in and out of the exam room. He’s one of a kind.
Care that is second to none. Highly recommended.
