Very kind and caring. Great sense of humor. Excellent podiatrist.

I am very happy with the care I have received at Dr Berman's office. I was super nervous going in to get my ingrown toenail fixed but it was so painless that I left so happy. He has exceptional bedside manner and he did such a good job to calm my nerves when I went in to do my procedure, I was a nervous wreck as I hate needles. I just had the best experience with this office ever, such a fast and efficient office. It was really nice to be seen the same day. I got done exactly what I needed done, felt cared and looked after and left 50x better then when I came in. They are just the funniest office group, while being super professional and doing their job right. I even saw new equipment I have never seen else where and was surprised at the extra care taken.
The doctor is great but in the two visits I've had so far I've had to wait almost an hour past the scheduled time to actually get to see him and my inserts were supposed to take 2 weeks to come in and it's been over 3 weeks now and they still haven't come in yet. When I call the staff just keeps saying "maybe tomorrow" if they even answer at all. I keep getting the answering service. Foot is still in pain after over a month from the initial visit...
