Joel is a completely incompetent attorney. He wrote me a cease and desist letter thinking I would just sign it and return it to him out of fear. I did not sign it and instead wrote back requesting evidence of the behavior I was to cease. None was provided so I filed a complaint against him with the michigan attorney grievance commission. In his response to the complaint to the commission he admitted he had no evidence. What a joke of a lawyer. He thinks people will coddle to him because he's some SMALL town attorney.
