Joel Duran and his crews were professional, talented, efficient and great to communicate with. Quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and made excellent suggestions along the way. Respectful of my property and always cleaned up. No complaints!
One year ago I was looking for a good home builder and after I had a few interviews with some of them I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Joel Duran. The rest is now history because one year later we’re living in this beautiful home that he and his team built for us. They are very professional, friendly, transparent, easy to work with and they use only high quality materials. The only negative is that he only warranties the foundation for 3 years.
One year ago I was looking for a good home builder and after I had a few interviews with some of them I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Joel Duran. The rest is now history because one year later we’re living in this beautiful home that he and his team built for us.
