He was gentle and informative. For procedures, you’re given an option of sedation and local anesthetic. My procedure was not something that I would take on the risks of sedation for, so I opted for local. He took his time to make sure the surgical site was completely numb, which took about 35-45 mins. Not everyone is educated on natural redheads needing more anesthetics - i was first referred to Dr LaBlahhhh for extraction and literally developed some sort of anxiety after the shat he put me through during my appt.🤦♀️ It took me a year to go back to the dentist but this time I was referred to Dr Drummond. The staff is great except for the front desk lady. You would think the face of the company would be a tad more compassionate but everytime I call its like she wants to argue? I just went in and requested a doctor's excuse for a week and instead of simply helping and seeing what she can do..she said Dr. DRUMMOND does not do that he only does it for 3 days..I have to go into detail about my job requirements and that I'm still taking strong medicine to cope with the pain..she puffed and walked away as I was talking and said she... read more
