Joel and his team are great. They are attentive and caring and efficient. I like that I’m able to receive appointment reminders, updates, and ask one-off questions via text. There’s been a few times where I’ve had issues or questions regarding my prescription and they’ve always gotten them resolved quickly. I wish getting treatment was always this easy.
