An exceptional patient experience from beginning to end. From the office staff scheduling appointments, to the staff assisting Dr Foster in the rooms, to Dr Foster himself, I've never experienced such a high level of patient centered care. I went for an issue that has "plagued" me for 2 1/2 years, had seen two other providers previously, and spent way too much money out of pocket (that's with insurance!) WITH NO RESULTS. Dr Foster was very thorough. He carefully explained the issues with my foot, and the treatment plan.
Disappointing and commercialized care. I came in with a medial arch tear, facing a 47-hour standing work week. Dr. Foster claimed they couldn't see a tear with an ultrasound and that an MRI was too expensive and unnecessary—then argued it didn't even matter to see it because "treatment is the same." Which is probably true. However, without knowing the size or location of the tear, he rushed a cheap heat-gun insole molding, left the room before the plastic even cooled, and never checked the fit.
