I chipped a tooth and within a day of my call Dr Cortes was able to fix the chip and give me a cleaning! Awesome office, personable, clean.
My mother is currently being scammed by this office. Would not recommend. They advise she always has to pay the full amount out of pocket. This is not how the process works. Then the office turns it in and claims insurance money with no reimbursement to my mother. Won’t provide printed estimates. Puts false items on the insurance claims. Do not recommend. Scam.
So far so good. I didn't have dental insurance for a few years and was paranoid about going to a dentist in a new town. Needless to say it was super pleasant. From the hygeniest to the dentist. I am returning for some cosmetics but other than that I will be a forever patient.
Simply the Best. This is coming from someone who hates going to the dentist but not anymore. Dr. Cortes made the process pain-free and fast, which is exactly what I need.
Dr. Cortes and his staff have been so good to me. They take their time with me and explain anything I need done. I can always get an appointment when I need one. And I appreciate their kindness and understanding. A wonderful group!
Had a appt but office was closed. They never notified me!!
Past visits to dentists for me and my son have been nothing but horror stories, until now.We were referred by my son's coworker, and walking through the doors for the first time, we knew we were at the right place.It is a very relaxed atmosphere.They manage to get you right in, explain everything thoroughly, aren't pushy, and bend over backwards to help you.They love what they do, love helping others, and it shows! I love what they have done for me and for my son...we won't go to anyone else from here on out!
RecommendedVery friendly staffing and not judgemental on your decisions. Always available when needed and gives suggestions when in pain.
This is a revised rating it should have been Overall One Star ⭐️ Only All the Way Accross. I'm still for the dentist to respond to my emergency contact made yesterday.
