As always we got great service. Timely and efficient
The team at Joel Confer Toyota saved my family's 4th of July vacation! We were on a road trip and our air conditioning stopped working far from home due to a leaking o-ring that leaked the refrigerant. On the day before the holiday, they kindly squeezed us in and fixed our Sienna's air conditioning so that we could continue our trip. It would have been miserable with the weather in the 90s on Saturday and Sunday with two small children in the back of our van. Stephen was amazing and very helpful. Went in to get a 2015 4-Runner and as we were about to go on a test drive, the manager came in abruptly and took the keys with no explanation. Experience was good until this point but that ruined my trust in the dealership.
