I needed a new catalytic converter shield for my truck. There were multiple parts needed to make it fit. Toyota's schematic didn't list two brackets that were needed. Despite me showing their parts person one of the brackets that I was able to find and pointing out that there is a separate drawing from Toyota showing those brackets, the employee couldn't be bothered with trying to figure this out.
