I started going to Dr Frankel around 15 years ago. In my first visit, X-Rays revealed that I needed to get a lot of cavities refilled and replaced and I was on the verge of maybe needing a few root canals. In those first visits, they replaced all of my old fillings with ceramic fillings so that I don't have any metal in my mouth. They also saved me from having to go through with a few root canals. The receptionist with a long blonde hair was exceptionally rude. My wife and i walked in to make an appt. and we were calm and polite and she was offended that we walked in to make an appointment. Actually this is the second time the same receptionist treated us so rudely. Switching dentist now as a result of this rude, impatient receptionist. Bye bye Dr. Joel Frankel. I’m sure she’s more like this with most people she encounters.
