It's massive and nice people. There are tons of cars and trucks, new and old. All makes and models. And a short drive.
I called the day before to make sure the car door I needed was available and it was. I drove about 50 miles ( from Quitman) thinking I would get the door and be on my way home. I had asked about them pulling the door for me and it would cost $25 for the to do that. When I got there it was like stepping into Bizarro World.The man at the front was belligerant from the start. I really wish i could give less than one star, but that is not am option. .i have never seen such poor customer service in my life. . Just rude and borderline verbally abusive to customers. . I notice the other complaints on here are also about"customer service" you would think they would take notice of this.. simply, they do not care.. not about any customer. .i urge you to save a trip and go elsewhere. .
By far the biggest screw joint in longview. I merely tried to haggle the manager 10 bucks over a part and he acuused me of starting trouble and asked me to leave over a sheet of aluminum and to never come back. Well he's getting his wish and I will never step foot in there again. Office staff is highly unprofessional and rude. Will never go again and recommend you don't either.
