Terrible customer service. The owner, Joseph, does not honor his own return policy.
RecommendedThis is a awesome company to do business with, service is second to none especially thier shipping, with everything that's going on right now every company in this business has delays in shipping not Joe Bob's, I've placed several orders in the pass few months and received shipment in two days. Joe Bob Outfitters is now my go to company.
I bought a complete lower from JoeBob in November. It arrived at FFL without the hammer, spring, and pin. They advised that I contact Anderson Mfg. because it’s a warranty issue and I’m still waiting for the components from Anderson Mfg. You’d think that they would check items to make sure its all there before they send it out to avoid issues such as this. Save yourself the headache and buy from somewhere else. Customer service reps are not very helpful!
I've made several orders through Joeboboutfitters over the past year and was happy with every one of my purchases. The prices are very good, the shipping is unbelievably fast and the live inventory is very reliable. There was a shipping issue on my last order at no fault of their's and I emailed Joe for some guidance. No questions asked, he made the situation right and had me good to go in no time. THIS IS HOW ALL ONLINE SHOPPING TRANSACTIONS SHOULD BE - THANKS JOE !!!
This place is awesome! I placed an order 2 days ago, immediately received an email confirming my order, and received another email less than an hour later confirming my order had shipped, and it was in my mailbox when I went home for lunch to walk my dogs today. If that isn't great service, I don't know what it is.
These guys are legit. Great place to do business. Well mannered and respectful employees who obviously care about what they are selling and who they are selling to. Would definitely recommend for all your family adoption needs.
Excellent customer service! I forgot to add a part to an order I placed. I reached out to customer service on a Sunday afternoon. They amend the order and followed up with me in less than ten minutes letting me know it was corrected at no additional charge. I've already reached out to friends and family letting them know how well they handled this situation. These were some of the last pieces I needed to complete a build so it really made a huge difference. Thank you!
honor what there ad says. ordered a mag with finger extension they as much as called me a liar when I told them the extension was not in the box. I will never buy any thing from them again.
First order from these folks this afternoon at 5pm eastern time. Just received notification that my items had shipped. No more Amazon for me, these guys are great - support small business!!
