Earlier this year the bank who has functioned as the guardian of the estate of her brother, petitioned the court to transfer that responsibility to my wife who has been the guardian of the person for over 29 years. This required my wife to obtain a bond to assume that responsibility. I called my Insurance agent: they don't handle bonding.
