I recently used Joe for the purchase my first house and sale of my condo. Joe was amazing and I couldn’t have done it without him. My experience with Joe Wilson as a listing agent….was not good…Joe listed a property within oc md ..that had numerous code violations and his seller actually lied on the disclosure form about not have knolewedge of property defects…once inspection these issues came out in inspection report so the sale was cancelled …not sure if repairs were addressed…prooerty re listed next day ….owner never obtained permits for work ..HOA SHOULD NOTIFIED OF THIS …..WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS REAL ESTATE BROKER….NOT GOOD ..THANKS

I’d absolutely would not recommend this agent/company. The agent was hard to reach. When I came across a unit I was interested in renting, the phone number that was posted was a number with an automated machine. It did not prompt me to speak to the agent. The only option there was, was to apply. I spent $40 on the application. Then he finally reached out to me via email. Not even via a phone call. Joe was amazing to work with! It was my first time buying a home and he was so patient with me. He explained the things I didn’t understand in terms that I could and never pushed. I always got an honest opinion when I asked. At the end I found what I wanted but sellers didn’t want to negotiate. Joe and I went and saw a few more places a couple weeks later and could tell I wasn’t that impressed.
