I’d absolutely would not recommend this agent/company. The agent was hard to reach. When I came across a unit I was interested in renting, the phone number that was posted was a number with an automated machine. It did not prompt me to speak to the agent. The only option there was, was to apply. I spent $40 on the application. Then he finally reached out to me via email. Not even via a phone call. Joe was amazing to work with! It was my first time buying a home and he was so patient with me. He explained the things I didn’t understand in terms that I could and never pushed. I always got an honest opinion when I asked. At the end I found what I wanted but sellers didn’t want to negotiate. Joe and I went and saw a few more places a couple weeks later and could tell I wasn’t that impressed. Joe was incredibly patient with our lengthly search for the perfect house. He was knowledgable and always answered our questions in a timely manner. He was the perfect combination of being kind and firm during negotiations. We appreciated his honesty and respected his opinions. We will absolutely use Joe again for purchasing a property!
