Well it was ok but I will not return., sorry😔. However I wish much success for them but it's a No for me, so now I can say I experience them. We just went this past Tuesday ( June 27,2017). I drove 42 mins according to my gps because I hit that Chicago traffic getting there. The staff was courtesy to us, but our waitress didn't check on us much, and yes we still left a nice tip for her. To start off the hostess needs a in course 101 on customer service! We ordered the Crabroni dish which is describe on Joe Willie web site and menu as having crab, crawfish, and shrimp. There were 2 pieces of seafood in the entire dish. Upon bring this to the hostess attention she told us they make a big pot and can't the amount of seafood that each dish contains, I tell her then you advertising a false dish plus it was extremely salty. The food was delicious! We had a variety, from the seafood boil to wings! The portions were worth the money! Drinks were on point! Our server Sade was the best! She was knowledgeable, accommodating, made our visit pleasurable. I am recommending this place to friends and will be back!
Fairly quick service, clean, casual atmosphere and very good food. I would return!
I cant go back with the poor service and long waits for food. It needs major management improvements
Has potential to be an awesome restaurant! Food is great but the service is EXTREMELY SLOW. Also they could have a better selection of liquor for the drinks, moonshine is not really a favorable option. Other than that it's a decent spot to check out.
