So far so good, very nice professional people, After being customer of American Family Insurance for almost 30 years, I switch to Joe Werwie Jr., State farm insurance. I felt welcome, and the price of insurance for house and car were $400 cheaper than American Family Insurance
Never responded to my home quote request
Unfortunately I’ve had two instances regarding claims this year. In both cases I received superior assistance from my agent Joe Werwie Jr. I know claims aren’t an agent’s favorite thing to deal with but his agency was kind and accommodating walking me through the process. I’ve been with State Farm for around 50 years with my only other claims over 20 years ago. While agents have retired and I have changed states Joe has been one of the best agents I’ve dealt with.
