Hector was great. Punctual, knowledgeable and proficient. Job came out great.
Would not recommend… customer service is horrible. I used their services a few weeks ago and was quoted $75/hour - anything that needed to be done would be charged at that hourly rate. The handy man that came did a good job. Last week I called them again for more work - the handyman showed up with the owner who just barged in and said, «Now my rates are $120/hour«We were shocked! Joe and his team did a nice job repairing our roof
The repair to the exterior siding of my house was not simple to do and I appreciated that Jan, the guy who did the work, was courteous and professional and the result was excellent.
Terrible experience with Joe Vladyka. Poor communication, sloppy work and constant delays. They also added surprise charges without explanation. Wouldn’t recommend—save yourself the headache and hire someone else.
