I'm not a regular customer but last night, at closing, I pulled in to Troegner's after a dead battery jumpstart by AAA. Though it was not their fault as soon as I left the parking lot my power steering started to fail and a clunk started at the back of my car. I drove about a mile and managed to pull in to Troegner's. Closing time or not they immediately started to diagnose and resolve the issue and finally determined I needed a new battery.
