Completely disappointed in the quality of work that my wedding ring received. I dropped my ring off over a month ago to have the band fixed. I completely understood that it might take a bit to have the work completed. When my husband called to check the status, the person on the phone said they would investigate it and give him a call back, never asking for his phone number. I brought a ring in to be resized in February. They broke it and lost diamonds out of it and didn’t even contact me to let me know. Over a month later I call asking the status and all I’m told is my ring was broken while being resized. I ask for a solution and I’m told they will order me the same ring in the correct size but they never did. It is now August and no refund or ring. I wanted to support small business but I will not be using this jeweler again.
Recommendednice friendly welcoming staff ,had to have my wedding band cut off bought it at a diffrent jeweler who was not helpfull at all so i called Thoma's said come in they was able to cut it off now i am waiting the 3 weeks they recomend to resize it great place

Very rude from the moment I walked in the door, was looking for some last minute help resizing a watch for a wedding and left as soon as we realized how bad we were going to be treated. Will never come back and will never recommend to anybody else.
I bought a ring on vacation and by the fall the band was turning color. I took it to Thomas's to have a new band made. Luke did an amazing job. I love it. He even did a little something to the band to help keep it from spinning on me.
