Please be careful! There's a whole ring of these scams in LA... We encountered something very similar with a locksmith and our water heater and now again with a plumbing issue. The story is so similar that I actually suspect all 3 could be somehow related. These companies go by one name online, but their estimates and invoices have a different company name on them. Our toilet had a small emergency. They were the only business prepared to reply the same day. They were able to resolve the issue and had excellent communication. They were quite competent. Highly suggested.
They were efficient and very quick in the work they did. I found them very professional and easy going. Prices were reasonable too. Came on time and finished their job in three days.
