I love coming here but the Christmas music needs to stop I’m sorry it’s not even October yet
I stopped by this location around 7 PM on September 22 and ordered a drip coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee I was served was quite cold. I used to run a café myself, so I understand that brewed coffee can lose its temperature after sitting for a while, even on a warmer, but this was much colder than I would normally expect. A shout-out to the employee who, five minutes ago, mixed my coffee with cold milk—serving it lukewarm instead of hot—and showed absolutely no effort to fix it when I pointed out it was cold, clearly just there to collect an hourly wage. I won't be coming back.
This is ridiculous. I placed my order at 12:00 pm for delivery and they took over two hours to get it to me?? My location was ten minutes away. This is ridiculous and it was an order for three sandwiches. Highly don’t recommend ordering here. They should prioritize every order, in person and online, equally considering both are giving business either way to the store. Terrible. I am incredibly annoyed.
