Hands down the best Joe & Juice location! Kevin, Eli, and Chris were all so friendly and made the whole experience amazing. The customer service was top tier, and you can tell they genuinely care about the people who come in. They were welcoming, fast, and made everything perfectly. I’ll honestly only be coming to this location from now on. Thank you guys for always making it such a great experience!
I ordered a chicken sandwich today, and it took 30 minutes for me to receive it. I was disappointed by the long wait time, especially for a single sandwich. Unfortunately, when I finally received the sandwich, it was soggy and not warm at all, which made the experience even more frustrating. I expected better quality and service. I hope you can review your operations and food preparation processes to help improve both service times and food quality for customers in the future. Thank you.
Today I had the pleasure of working with D, Eli and Delu. They were absolutely amazing. Atmosphere was inviting, food was delicious and they even offered to assist in taking my large order to the car. 10/10 experience.
Slow and stuffy but mostly slow. No AC and the staff will take 15+ mins to make your order, even if you’re the only one waiting and you just ordered a drink. Avoid this location.
