I started using Joe the bug man after meeting him as he serviced my place of employment. Joe is completely thorough as well as personable. You can know the job will be done correctly and will explain everything as he does the job.
Nice guy but didn’t take me seriously when we moved into our brand new dream home & endedup bringing German Cockroaches from our rental! I have ptsd from these roaches! I had done a ton of research and knew they could get bad fast if not delt with! We had never had roaches prior to moving to our rental. He basically made it seem like I was Over exaggerating and kept telling me I didn’t have an infestation and wouldn’t because we are “so clean”.
