Something has happened to this practice. After going to Dr. Upton for 21 years he has had a complete staff change and attitude change, and not for the good. They are not customer friendly anymore and they seem to concentrate more on a dollar than on customer care. After sitting on a large credit balance for two years, my husband had a procedure done. they were really friendly and treated u like a person and not a number lol and doc upton was great and would go back in a heartbeat if needed !!!
I went there to get a partial denture to fill left & right side of lower missing teeth. After his exam and X-ray pictures, I was scheduled for fitting. It was done by his son who said was a dental student. It was severely squeezing my lower gum. He made several adjustments without a success. He whimperly called for help by calling 'Dad. . . ' but Doc. never showed up. Despite of a pre-agreement on BCBS insurance payment I had with Doc, he failed to tell his accountant and I was charged in full.
