I recently sold a home through InCity Realty, I cannot say enough kind words about this business. By far the easiest and best sale/buy in real estate I have ever had. My property was professionally listed, prepped for sale, and advertised extremely well. In fact, the home had a contract the day the listing went public and closed in less than a month- which is even more impressive since I was absentee most during most of the closing process.
