I recently sold a home through InCity Realty, I cannot say enough kind words about this business. By far the easiest and best sale/buy in real estate I have ever had. My property was professionally listed, prepped for sale, and advertised extremely well. In fact, the home had a contract the day the listing went public and closed in less than a month- which is even more impressive since I was absentee most during most of the closing process. I highly recommend InCity Realty, and would not hesitate to do business with again.
Joe is incredibly knowledgeable about Memphis houses and neighborhoods. He was helpful, patient, and responsive as I searched for a house in a very competitive market.
