Joe was wonderful to work with. He gets to know you and what you are looking for. Works hard to find new listings. Very informative on the mls listing on what to look out for. The best was his communication making sure everything was clear and understood.
I’m so glad we found Joe! We had a very tight timeline on our whole process. He was above-and-beyond speedy and responsive, always taking the initiative to jump on any concerns we had. He also brought deep knowledge of market and home maintenance to our buying process and showed us the data along the way. He has an efficient, straightforward, zero-pressure style that made the whole process much less overwhelming for us. We got a place we love!
Really appreciated Joe's patience with me. Calmly walked me through everything until I understood what I needed to understand and didn't try to push me outside of what I was comfortable doing. I'd had people go outside of my comfort zone previously and was put off but I didn't feel rushed and I didn't get suggestions outside of what I've stated my requirements were. Thank you Joe!
