Joe & Sam's Heating & Cooling is great. When I needed a new AC system last year, I took bids from several different, highly-rated companies. They were the best bid. I have been really happy with their service and responsiveness. Their dispatch girls have always been friendly and accommodating, even during the times when I haven't been.
Been using Joe & Sam's Heating & Cooling for 2 years on my heat work when problems arise always responsive and quick to return calls. Technicians sent were excellent, Explained the problem walked us through what needed to be done clearly and concisely. Would use again every single time best service ever! In a pinch provided a quick turnaround on an emergency!
Joe & Sam's Heating & Cooling was extremely accommodating and able to stick to schedules set forth which was very important in my situation. The scheduling/customer service team was always willing to make sure everything was on point. The techs were professional and knowledgeable. Thanks to the whole team!
