Rude Customer Service. Low stock on wines on sales. Unfriendly Staff.

Sorry we missed the mark tonight Ollie! We have an everyday sale on an Six 750ml bottles of wine that gets you 15% off, and if you join our wine club it gets you 20% off. As far as customer service goes, and we value it as highly as we do any of the wines in our store. If you can give us any specific feedback on what we could do better next time, we would love to hear how to make our customer experience better!
This establishment is racist and does not want African American customers. The staff is rude and the manager is terrible. I DO NOT recommend this establishment. AVOID!!!!

Disappointed. I totally get carding everyone for buying liquor. It’s the law. But not allowing my husband to buy some wine because I am the one who initially put it on the counter, took it back, then had him go grab another bottle and they still would not sell it to him because I didn’t have my purse with me to provide ID. He even offered to leave and come back...staff still said no. Overprotective much? You made me go to another liquor store to get sherry for a soup I am making when you wouldn’t let my husband come back in ... read more

I used to be in the store at least once a week and often two and three times. Since that no guns sign went up years ago I MIGHT, MAYBE swing by once a month to pick up my beer and wine club subscriptions. Its irresponsible to leave a firearm in a car...and that no guns sign is you asking people like me to do just that. Leave a gun in a car to be stolen.
