We figured we would stop in today to check it out since we will be moving close to Joe's soon. We ordered a small cheese and I had asked if he could make it thin. He said he could make it anyway we liked. His friendliness matched his art of pizza making. It was delicious. The sauce was perfect, cheese was generous and the crust was thin, crisp, and well made. We will be back. My only suggestion would be to use some cornmeal on the bottom of the crust.
