The food and service was good but the cashier short changed me.

I hate to give a bad rating for good food but tonight's service was ridiculous. I understand it is valentines day but this is uncalled for. I called in an order for a pizza, salad, cheese garlic bread to go. They said it would be 30 minutes. We should up almost 45 minutes later and my husband still waited for another 30 minutes. Then whenever we got home, our pizza was cold, made incorrectly, and the ranch with my salad (which my husband had to ask for because they forgot it) had barely any ranch in the cup.
