This is a butcher shop worth the drive to Carmel. Additionally, there is a great deli sandwich shop attached. Ranks with the other great butcher shop, Claus' in Indy . New: is the delicious made meals like coq au vin . Also in their freezer are "heat and serve" pan lasagna; it is very delicious...the larger size serves 5-7.
The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere was cozy and perfect
This is the kind of place that just gets everything right. Highly recommended!
