Selection was decent… but for the first time ever, I went to a dealer and no one bothered to say hi as I was looking around. Looked for about 30 minutes. Found exactly what I wanted, but felt like no one viewed me seriously.

Terrible experience from start to finish. My car has been sitting at this Honda location for over a week. For the first two days, they claimed they couldn’t find the keys and tried blaming the tow truck driver and the dealership I bought it from — only to later admit they had the keys the entire time. They also left my window down during a storm, soaking the inside of my car. I let that slide and didn’t even complain.
