Im am at this location 2 hours every time I get my oil changed, there's no regard for a customer's time or feelings. Since July 5th, my car has driven like it's going to crash into something after my tires were rotated. It's sad that I simply don't know where to go for quality service .
Joe Rizza was fantastic! I had been to a local dealer looking for a Lincoln Nautilus and the service at that dealer was appalling. I located the car I wanted on Lincoln's website and contacted Joe Rizza to confirm the car and set up an appointment.
