You hear all about “exceptional Lincoln service” when buying the car, but once the sale is done, it completely disappears. My first experience was when I needed to go back to the service department to to install my front plate. Jesse Ramirez was rude, called me “honey,” and explained to me what a bracket was and how I needed to pay them $175.00 for the service.
