I'm officially done with Joe Rizza Ford. Because of location convenience, I have taken my vehicles to them for repair several times only to be disappointed almost every time. for whatever reason, they seldom are able to make a repair in one day so you have to plan to not have a car at least two days and sometimes more. Maybe they overbook or maybe their mechanics are just not efficient but in any case it's quite frustrating. This place is despicable - even by "used car sales" standards! Not sure how these people sleep at night when they sell a car to an 18 year old making his first car payments on a part time job while attending college, only to find out when he gets it home that it needs at least 5 serious repairs!! The first one left him stranded on the side of the highway!! Yes, I know the adage of "buyer beware", but this is unacceptable & inexcusable. A few months ago I visited this car dealer and everything was going good until......I was shown a car that I wanted to test drive. it was a decent car but it took forever for the sales person to get the car even thou it was in their front lot. in the meantime another sales person was really aggressive into showing me a car I was not interested in. after a long wait I finally test drove the car and made an offer on it and it was accepted so i left a check for the full amount...this was a Saturday early evening.
