The guys were pretty nice,but I felt like some of the minor issues I addressed wasn't taken seriously,breaks made a lil noise when pressing the pedal,I was told they were inspected and nothing was wrong, there's a crackling noise coming from underneath when stopped after a long drive, I was told chalk it up to being an old car,it had only been a couple of days,I was told to bring it in and they will have it looked at,but I'm not confident that it would be and I don't have time to take off wk to bring it in just to be spinned... read more
Amazing experience at this dealership. Process was smooth from the get go, walked right in, test drove, did some simple paperwork and was done under 2 hours. I wanted to mention Sekou for his phenomenal service and energy, he went above and beyond to make sure I was treated well.
