I just bought an Acura Precision Certified 2023 MDX Advance from Joe Rizza Acura. The entire experience was absolutely phenomenal right from the start. I'm from out of state and called to check on the condition of the car. I had spoke with both Liz and Ramy and they shared facetime videos of the car, inside and out and assured me the car would look pristine. BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING FROM JOE RIZZA ACURA OR ANY OTHER JOE RIZZA DEALERSHIPS. Purchased a car from them in Aug 2024 - sold in Dec 2024 due to it having issues they did not disclose. I purchased a warranty through them and canceled right away when selling the car in early Dec 2024. I filled out all the forms, etc. and was told I’d receive my refund by check in the mail. Well I called to follow up on it and got told that person no longer works there and that they’ll get back to me with an update.. they never did! I’ve been c... read more
Horrible service bought a used truck had to return it the same week to there auto service. It took a whole week for them to change an exhaust and a break sensor not only that i had a full tank of gas and when I picked it up it was at half tank. I wouldn't recommend people do business with this shady dealership.
