If I could give 0 stars, I would. We’ve been coming here for years, but the service has gone downhill significantly. We brought our car in for service and were told we could pick it up anytime that day. When we arrived, they informed us they had a power outage and told us to come back at 7 a.m. Monday. Come Monday, they were still closed. We’ve wasted so much time going back and forth just trying to retrieve our own car. They could have easily called us on Friday to let us know they had to close early and that the pickup tim... read more
Terrible. They don’t answer the phone 25 minutes before close. I understand 2-3 minutes but cmon…. Laziness
Tony at Joe Rizza at Acura is the best. He took care of me and my car needs. Very understanding and reasonable and overall great guy to talk to. Definitely recommend!
