Seriously consider not bidding unless you can absolutely be there for pickup immediately when they open. I always make it a point of this to eliminate my purchases being stolen. The one time I can’t be there upon opening and a very valuable portion of my stuff is gone. I lose about 2k in replacement value and Joe R Pyle’s solution is “we’re sorry, here’s your $80 back”. They need to have a check out process as well as a check in process. Someone should be inspecting what people are carrying out.
terrible customer service about bidding software crash. i could not register to bid and lost out on a house that I really wanted. calls to corporate were answered by an apathetic manager who refuses to resolve the issue!
