BEWARE...wish I could give him zero stars. Rented a place from him which I later found out had major mold (black?) in it that caused me to lose some nice leather shoes, but MORE importantly my HEALTH. While living there, developed lump in breast that spread to spine & led to years of chemo, radiation, surgery, and continuing suffering & pain. The next young woman who occupied the space died if cancer while living there. I also invested $1000 to make the place more liveable which Joe Priest refused to reimburse.
