Technician Tom Clausen came once again and did our annual maintenance on our 25kw whole house gen set. He was prompt, totally professional and articulate. Glad to have him here.
Wonderful company. Our power went out and our generator worked as it was supposed to but our transfer switch had a part burn out. It literally melted out and I was concerned it was unsafe and might catch fire. I called the office at 9am and told them of my issue and by 11:30, Dale our technician showed up and an hour later had the part replaced. I called regarding a standby generator. Rick came to my house and spent a lot of time trying to figure out where the standby could safely be placed. He concluded that a standby would not be a good fit for my home. After a lengthy conversation, we concluded that a portable would be the best for my particular situation. When Rick delivered the generator, he went over all the instructions for me. Rick even simulated a power outage by turning off my electric. I contacted Joe Pizik Electric and they were able to come out and work with my schedule. They worked on my house for 8 hours and did an amazing job.
