I asked them to add new 220 V dryer power receptacle on my main floor, but without the detailed explanation, they moved the wire connection to main floor and cut the existing wire in my basement. They are arguing me they have explained me the details, which has been never happened and asking me to pay another trip to fix it. Besides 2 people showed up to charge me twice much they told me. Totally disappointed on service. Anyone to try hire them, be ware this.
