The work was done, but I did not receive a complimentary car wash nor vacuum. My car was dirty inside from the work that was done to the roof, it should have been vacuumed. I was disappointed regarding this small courtesy, towards a customer.
Freddie in service was more than pleasant. Told me my key that I needed ordered and programmed for my JSW was actually cheaper than originally quoted and got me in the next business day. Was exactly the price he told me it would be and was done in the amount of time he quoted. Communicated as much as I needed through multiple phone calls/texts to get the key programmed around my work schedule. Technicians inspection and attached video was more than thorough. By far the best experience I have had with a service department.
