Very courteous service staff. Great to work with. But after the service work was completed my Sonata was nearly impossible to start on cold mornings. This issue had never existed prior to the service work. Was told they think they can remedy with a software update. But they currently did not have the correct connector to install the software. I look forward to updating this review to 5 stars once they secure the connector and the issue is resolved.
My experience is always 5 stars!!!! Great customer service staff goes above and beyond to ensure you’re satisfied with your service!
I love my new Palisade. The team at Joe Pecheles in Greenville is just top of the line. They all really treated me respectfully! They were very knowledgeable, really stand behind their vehicle, and I did not feel pressured. I definitely came to the right dealership! Thank you Kolby Bushrod and the entire Team!
What seemed like great seamless service has turned into a scam. Brought my car in for an assessment of needing new liftgate struts in my Santa Fe. Assessed that I needed that and ones for my hood as well. Paid for the parts to be ordered $500, and was told that i would hear from Them in 3 days when the parts came in to schedule the service. It has now been two weeks since my first service date and I have heard nothing and received 0 call backs from through messages I have left to the service and parts departments.
