Great job done each time I go there
I visited Pecheles Hyundai today for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 7:45 AM. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by one of the two employees in the service area. Acknowledging a customer goes a long way. The young man’s name was Lane. He was very pleasant and personable. I’ve had multiple experiences with the service team and all of them have been incredible. From Douglas always answering every single question I’ve ever had with the patience of a monk to Sam keeping me calm and helping me get in straight away after a flat tire. A very incredible team. My car been there for more than three weeks now and they still don’t have a loaner for me. This is the first and the last time of me owning a Hyundai.
We recently purchased a new car at Pecheles Hyundai. Neoklis Kelly was our sales associate and we were extremely happy with Neoklis'. He was patient, personable and very informative. Even when we had a minor issue with our new car, he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We would not hesitate to work with Nick again if/when we were purchasing a car.
