My husband and I had the best experience at this dealership. Our salesman Chris Russell was the absolute best. He was very patient and answered all our questions and I do mean ALL of our questions because we had never bought a Hyundai before especially a hybrid so we needed alot of information. The service department assistant manager Sam Pierson was outstanding on my last service call. Patient and efficient. Recommend he be requested. Took care of an Army retiree.
Absolutely delighted with the service and the customer service! Had a breakdown in Rocky Mount and live in Hickory NC. Had my sonata towed to Greenville because they had great reviews on the service dept. They replaced the radiator and hoses in a timely manner and reasonable cost! Extremely polite and courteous!
