Very professional, prompt, efficient, and explained my condition in clear terms . Answered all questions and offered follow up!
Dr. Pack is a great Dr. Ive been seeing him for knee issues for a while. We started with diagnosing the problem, did preventative measures and cleaned out the underlying cause with scoping the knee. He took time to explain in understandable terms what the issue was, what treatment options were and the pros and cons of each. He didnt push me to surgery and gave me the opportunity to go home and weigh my options then discuss my decision in detail each and every visit. His staff is wonderful.
