This is my second transaction with Joe. I have both bought and sold a house with Joe Findling. His communication is excellent. His year's of experience in real estate is super comforting. Both selling and buying, Joe is the most professional realtor I've worked with. It's very clear from the beginning that Joe wanted us to feel comfortable in our decisions. Joe was recommended by a friend when i was looking to buy in the crazy market of Jan 2021. He helped me navigate making an offer that was going to be the most attractive to the seller without having Buyers remorse. I always felt like he was looking out for my interests and considering the things i was unaware of.
I really enjoyed working with Joe. The main reason for this was that I didn't feel like I was being sold a house or pressured to buy one even after looking at many houses. He was always honest about what he thought of the house and on more than one occasion pointed out things that lead to me not to buy. In addition he was good at pointing out things that an inspector would point out. Looking for a house was an educational experience and I would recommend anybody to work with him especially if you're a first time buyer.
