Jared was amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. I give his service a 20 out of 10.
Took them 6 hrs to service my vehicle. Which is quite odd. Never were my services that long, max 2 hrs wait time at other Kia dealerships. This one mightve been busy. I would like ya’ll to make sure you get an estimate on how long ya’ll would have to wait, during the time of scheduling an appointment. Better to call and book, not online
