The experience was friendly and very productive.
Had no issues-did a great job repairing my car
I visited Joe myers and unfortunately had Mr. Hung as my sales person. Worst experience. We were there maybe 10 minutes. He had no interest in selling us a vehicle. He literally told us to go to another dealership. He stood up and asked if I wanted a water to go. So we went to another dealership and bought my new Kia. He’s the type that sits at his desk and just gets online deals. This dealership needs young eager guys. Not old, miserable rich guys that don’t care about selling. Fire him and get fresh sales guys.
The people were welcoming upon arrival. I had made an appointment with Hung Pham to see a Carnival SX. He had already pulled it out and had it ready to test drive. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Negotiations were respectful and pleasant. Kamil in Finance was also great to deal with. Although there is a Kia dealership closer to my home, I plan to come to Joe Myers for service.
